Galatians 3:2

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Faith in God has the ability to receive everything the Holy Spirit offers. From salvation and comfort, to joy, guidance and power. It is not in your physical ability, it is in your ability to humble yourself and trust God with your whole heart.
